OnNet Internet Service

Within our network we can offer right up to 100 Mbps of throughput. Often, that amount is overkill because our average wireless customer with up to 50 computers is generally satisfied with about 5-8 Mbps of Internet access. That is very easy to deliver over our network and we can reach you locally via our wireless network, advanced DSL & Cable technologies, and also bonded local T-1's.

Onwav's wireless network is also a great option for redundant Internet access. We have had customers switch to us that had cable Internet and ILEC DSL, or even T-1, for redundancy. In a few events the wires for both primary and backup services were on the same poles, and during storms or motor vehicle accidents the poles were struck down, rendering these customers' "redundant Internet" 100% useless. OffNet Internet Service

OnWav has a vast partner network that reaches throughout the nation. We have wholesale carrier agreements with AT&T, Charter, Paetec, Network Innovation, and many other providers so that we can offer you bandwidth in many locations.

All of our OffNet bandwidth services have complimentary core monitoring built in, so that our staff will know when you are having trouble with your service. We can also combine monitoring and managed router solutions together to make managing your network that much easier for you. You can run your business while we run your network!

Core Data Center Services

We are commited to meeting the needs of our current and potential customers. We take uptime very seriously. We are small in comparison to many companies, however we have done things correctly. We are not in some huge data center in some major city. Our data center is 2 blocks off of the square in Cookeville, TN, which is our home. We have 3 technicians and one executive officer that live within 4 blocks of our data center, and our corporate office is also within walking distance. This makes it very easy to dispatch technicians, as well as make sure that this center is safe, secure, and protected. We have plenty of space, redundant fiber connections to our upstream providers, batteries for short power outages, a generator for long term power outages. The building is storm proof, security is in place, and only key personnel have access. Please see pictures of our center in the photo pages.
